The small amounts of radiation from the Radioactive Ball will work on human cells, reducing the radiation they receive ant triggering cellurar mutations. It sometimes could lead to harmful mutation though.
How to use? Choose the officer that you want to upgrade (Officer Gene must be MAX). Then choose Cell Mutation (look picture below).
You can upgrade:
- Attack,
- Defense (attack must be up 75%),
- HP (Defense must be up 75%),
- Damage (HP must be up 75%).
When you raise the max you will get:
- Attack +300%,
- Defense +300%,
- HP +300,
- Damage +150%.
How to get.
- Aliance Mobilization event if you take Personal Ranking 1 – 10
- Buy in Black Diamond Store (need Black Diamonds)
