1. Commanders with the Base above Lv. 10 and in an Alliance with at least 15 members are eligible to engage in the Alliance Mobilization event.
2. Commanders switching to a new Alliance after the event starts will NOT be able to take any missions. They need to go back to the original Alliance with which they sign up for the event to take missions. The personal points obtained will also be cleared.
3. After the accepted missions being given up, the opportunities will NOT be recovered.
4. Only the Alliance Commander and the management can delete Alliance missions. New missions will be updated in 30 min. Commanders can delete personal missions, with new missions updated in 10 min.
5. There’re 5 ranks in the event. They are, from low to high, Newbie, Veteran, Expert, Master and Champion.
6. Alliances participating for the first time will get started from Newbie.
7. Top 2 Newbie/Veteran/Expert/Master Alliances with the required amount of points can be promoted to a higher rank in the following match.
8. Except Champion Alliances, the last 2 Alliances in each rank will be demoted a lower rank in the following match. The Champion Alliances without enough points will be demoted to Master in the following match.
9. While not in the original State, Commanders cannot participate in the event. Can they complete the missions already taken.
