Account recovery. What to do if was logged to your account by someone else.

If your account encounters the following two situations, please in game go Help -> Contact Customer Service, and submit the account recovery form:

1. You cannot log in to your account because you forgot to bind your account or you did not bind your account.

2. Prompt message when you playing: This account has been logged in on other client.

Please pay attention to the following points when filling in the form:

1. The information in the form is as correct as possible. If you forget, please provide information including the building level, soldier power, commander level and their amount.
 
2. For the sub-account you provided for recovering the target account, please kindly note that it cannot be used to recover the target account if it is not bound to your Sina Weibo/Facebook/Google/GameCenter account. 

3. The sub-account you provided will not be able to be logged in after your target account is recovered. Please do not provide the sub-account or other accounts you are using.

4. If you want to provide more account information or recharge information, you can reply to provide information again after submitting the form, and our customer service staff will verify them together.

5. If prompted: This account has been logged in on other clients, or you find that your account has been logged in by someone else, please describe in other instructions the situation where your account has been topped and your specific situation.

6. If the account is lost due to account information sharing and other reasons, as the information verification takes time, we will reply within 3 working days. The loss caused by account sharing will not be rescovered by the Official. Please do not share the account with other players.
